Nearly 19 years ago, I looked down at my newborn son and felt a fierce, almost overwhelming desire to protect his perfect little body. In that moment, something clicked so clearly it took my breath away: everything we put into our bodies has the power to heal or harm. Fast forward to now, and I find myself walking through perimenopause alongside the women around me.
